Laboratory QC work control:
1. A, B feed ratio: formula has deviated from every two-hour testing time.
2. Finished Hardness: Every two hours to conduct a test.
3. A light-colored product: Each style will have to be anti-yellowing test.
4. Finished Color: Every four hours, once a contrast and color cards.
5. Finished winding resistance:
(1) Each pattern must be designed through a maze of standards.
(2) Each type body on-line mass production must pass the twists and turns.
(3) Daily production of each machine body to make two batches of random testing.
6. Finished wear: a formula once a day for each test products.
